The use of this website and the EZ Disco service is subject to the following terms of use:

• If you use the website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorised manner.
• Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.
• We will do our utmost to ensure that availability of the website will be uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error-free. However, due to the nature of the Internet, this cannot be guaranteed. We expressly exclude liability for any such interruptions or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law. Also, your access to the website may also be occasionally suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction.

• You understand that you, and not JKB Limited, are responsible for all electronic communications and content sent from your computer to us and you must use the website for lawful purposes only.

• You must not use the website to send, use or reuse any material that is illegal, offensive, abusive, indecent, defamatory, obscene or menacing; or in breach of copyright, trademark, confidence, privacy or any other right; or is otherwise injurious to third parties; or objectionable; or which consists of or contains software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings or any "spam" to cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety.

• You must have the appropriate licence/s if you are using this service for public performances.
• You are responsible for ensuring your computer equipment and internet connection are adequate for using the EZ Disco service.
• We reserve the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.
• For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications from us electronically and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
• From time to time this website may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. They do not signify that we endorse the website(s). We have no responsibility for the content of the linked website(s).
• You are granted a limited, revocable, and non-exclusive right to create a hyperlink to the home page of EZ Disco as long as the link does not portray the website, its affiliates, or their products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive manner. You may not use any EZ Disco logo or other proprietary graphic or trademark as part of the link without JKB Limited's express written consent.
• Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England and Wales.
• When you book a disco through this website using a credit/debit card, we will authenticate your card details with our Payment Service Provider (SagePay). We do not store your card details on our system and we only take immediate payment if you are purchasing an Instant Disco.
• If you book a disco through this website using a credit/debit card, we will take full payment once your disco is prepared and ready to play. This includes a 40% non-refundable deposit.
• If you book a disco through this website using PayPal Express Checkout, you will be required to pay the full amount at the time of booking which includes a 40% non-refundable deposit.
• If you have paid for your disco using PayPal Express Checkout and cancel your disco more than 7 days before the booking date, you will receive a full refund including your deposit.
• If you have paid for your disco using PayPal Express Checkout and cancel your disco less than 7 days before the booking date, you will receive a refund, less the 40% non-refundable deposit.
• All discos are available for use for a period of 28 days from the date of booking. If you wish to use your disco outside of this period, please contact us and we will update your booking.
• Should you choose not to use your disco, it is your responsibility to request a refund. Any refund made will be limited to the full payment made, less any non-refundable deposit on your booking.
• Instant Discos do not incur a non-refundable deposit.
• When you purchase an item through our online shop, you may return the unused item in it's original packaging within 30 days of receipt and receive a full refund. Returned items that are not in their original packaging will be subject to a 40% restocking fee. Items that have been used will not be refunded. Items that were ordered with a disco booking and returned after the disco has been played will also not be refunded.
• All items purchased through our online shop carry a 90-day replacement warranty unless otherwise stated.
• In all cases, you must notify us prior to returning the item and include your order reference when returning the item. Items returned without prior notification or without an order reference will not be refunded.
• For all orders, order acceptance will take place when we despatch the shop items ordered by you (for shop items) and when we start streaming each disco ordered by you (for disco bookings), unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or the order has been cancelled. Please note that where several items and discos have been booked in one order, acceptance of part of that order does not indicate acceptance of the entire order.
• We reserve the right to refuse any order, or part of an order, at any time. This will typically be due to, but not limited to, shop items being unavailable from stock, our inability to obtain authorisation for payment or a problem receiving your payment.
• These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
